He was predeceased by: his parents, Awad Said Girguis and Katrina Ateya Hanna; and his siblings, Dr. Mary Awad Said and Girguis Awad Said. He is survived by: his wife Mona G. Said of Camillus; his children, Mark A. Said of Camillus and Christine Said of Apex, NC; and his sister Aziza Awad Said of Cairo, Egypt. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
