He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald C. Harper and Francoise of Moncetz; and his sisters, Evelyne Neill and Claude Madden. He is survived by: his wife Carmen Zapata Harper; his children, Stephanie Harper and Michael Andrew Harper; his grandson Nicholas Valerio; and his brothers, William and Donald Harper.
