He is survived by: his sisters, Josephine Davis and Sheila Rivers; and his children, Richard Johnson Jr. (Leah), Missy Johnson, Linda Crawley (Dennis), Gwendolyn Gilmer (Anthony), Erica Harvey (James), Amy Watson (Philip) and Joslin Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
