He is survived by: his children, Ryan (Christy) of South Carolina, Chris of Louisiana, Melinda, Melanie and Michelle of Georgia; his granddaughter Stephanie; his daughter Stephanie of Utah; his grandchildren, Jacqueline Brooks, Gabrielle Grest, Isabelle Grest, Elias Lowe, Naimah Rahmaan, Phoenix Lowe, Steven Foulger and Sarah Foulger; and his sister Mary Eleanor Lowe.
