She was predeceased by: her stepfather John Drew Nunley; and her parent Mattie Mae Nunley. She is survived by: her siblings, Jacqueline Nunley (Jackie) and Curtis Nunley; and her son Carlton Joseph Steele.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Queens Funeral Home (8734 80th St, Woodhaven, NY 11421). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
