Plate (Milagros) and Steven P. Plate (Nancy); her grandchildren, Gregory Plate (Stephanie), Michael E. Plate, Thomas Plate (Christine) and Kristen Plate; her great grandchildren, Charlotte Plate and Caroline Plate; her brother Anthony Bergonzi (late Theresa); her sister-in-law Joan; and her brother Louis Bergonzi. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Sacred Heart Pastoral Center, 76 Broad Street, Bloomfield, NJ, in her memory.
