She was predeceased by: her parents, Mae Fern and Sam Fern; her brother Sanford Fern of Rhode Island; her former husband Robert P. Levinson; her son Harris Richard Levinson; and her husband Carl Caplan.
She is survived by: her brother Saul Fern of New Jersey; her children, Karyl Levinson Conescu and Alyssa Myres; her grandchildren, Reva Conescu, Benjamin Conescu, Jordan Myres and Sarah Myres; her great grandchildren, Wesley Conescu, Myles May and Elizabeth Myres; her stepchildren, Stacey Caplan and Peter Caplan; her stepgreat-granddaughter Lyla Barre; Jake Prince, Lindsay Barre and Brett Caplan.
