She was predeceased by: her parents, William Howell and Enid Jessamy; her children, Enid Booker, John Paul Booker, Jeffery Booker and Chantee Booker; and her grandsons, Paris G. Booker and Melvin A. Booker.
She is survived by: her children, Anissa Booker and Carl Booker; and her husband Frederick Casey. She is also survived by her many foster children, as well as the countless children.
