She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Barocas and Sarah Barocas (Russo); and her brothers, Albert and Leonard. She is survived by: her husband Alvin Chereskin; her children, Jessica, Benjamin (Cynthia) and Sara; her grandsons, Jacob (Melissa), Alexander, Anderson and Grant; her great grandchild Rafaela; and her siblings, Joseph and Rita.
