He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Mandell and Helen Frances Chadwick (Clark) of Lakemont, NY.; his daughter Nancy Jane Chadwick; and his brother Alden Clark Chadwick. He is survived by: his wife Lyn Chadwick; his daughter Catherine A. Chadwick of New York City; his stepson Roy L. Hepler (Sandy) of Himrod, NY; his grandchildren, Michael Baker (Michelle), Kelsey Baker (Jonah), Curtiss Hepler (Jeni), Christopher Hepler (Colleen) and Craig Kapp; his great grandchildren, Emerald, Etta, Asher and Hunter; his son-in-law Peter Baker; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth 'Betty Chadwick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
