He is survived by: his wife Dale MacKenzie Jasina; his sons, Thomas Jasina, Jr. (Laura) of Westfield, NJ, Jonathan Jasina (Olesja) of Raleigh, NC and Christopher Jasina (Theresa) of Howell, NJ; his brother James Jasina (Tina Marie) of Edison, NJ; his sisters-in-law, Geralyn Jasina of Colliersville, TN and Kathleen Kelly of Cornelius, NC; and his grandchildren, Kaelyn, Thomas, III, Ava, Julianna, William and Olivia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
