Toan Cao Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Trần Thị Lý and Cao Văn Chu. He is survived by: his wife Jesusa Salcedo Cao; his daughters, Mary Ann Cao Bui and Theresa S. Cao; and his grandchildren, Tobias Caobi Huu Bui and Phoebe Elise Bui.
