He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix and Voncile. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Blackwell; his children, Adam Blackwell (Amanda) and Emma Blackwell (Evan); his grandson Theo; and his siblings, Wayne Blackwell and Diane Mattison.
