He is survived by: his mother Patricia L Hawks (Blickenstaff); and his siblings, Linn, Ed, Brian Blickenstaff and Heather Bettis.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
