We are sad to announce that, on March 16, 2026, at the age of 81, Virginia Wickwar of New York, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Ashbacker and Kitty Ashbacker; her sister Mary; her brother-in-law Warren Feller; and her husband Vince.
She is survived by: her children, Kristopher, Melody and Nathaniel; and her grandchildren, Ari, Zach, Riley, Michael, Noa and Porter.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations in her memory be made to the International Wizard of Oz Club, Sunshine Terrace in Logan, Utah, or to a local animal shelter of the donor's choosing.
