He was predeceased by: his wife Grace Gallagher; his son William Joseph Gallagher Jr.; his parents, William Richard Gallagher and Lillian Gallagher; and his sister Carol Daleo.
He is survived by: his daughter Terri Turner (Dan); and his grandchildren, Kristan McCarty (Travis), Danny Turner (Liz), William Joseph Gallagher III (April), Mark Gallagher (Danielle) and Griffin Gallagher.
