He was predeceased by: his father Curtis Phillips. He is survived by: his mother JoeAnn Bartley Phillips of Bronx, NY; his siblings, Curtis Phillips (Quwana) of North Carolina, Mattie Motley of North Carolina and Dawn Jones (Gerald); his uncle Warren Phillips of New York, NY; his sister Toya Travis Gardner of Queens, NY; and his close friends, Jarmin "Jay Bird" Saxton and Constance Morrow of South Carolina. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
