It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce I. Koehler of Newark Valley, New York, born in Binghamton, New York, who passed away on March 11, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Emil Koehler; her children, David and Cindy; and her siblings, John "Bud" Whidden (Beverly) and Doreen Ferris (Charles).
She is survived by : her sons, Michael Koehler and Steven Koehler (Juliane). She is also survived by "Gram" to her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and even great-great-grandchildren.
Flowers will be provided by the family and memorial contributions may be directed to the Weltonville Fire Company, 3232 West Creek Road, Newark Valley, NY 13811 in loving memory of Joyce I. Koehler.
