She is survived by: her daughters, Holly Lavrack (Jeremie) and Erica Leonard (John); her grandchildren, Sienna Heider, Wyatt Mayer and Tony Park; her great grandchild Aubrie Heider; her siblings, Charles Creeley (Michelle) and Rose Terrenzi (Lenny); and her sister-in-law Bonnie Creeley.
