She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Niznik and Nora Niznik (Connell); her husband Horace "Ace" Johnson; her son James H. Travis; and her brothers, Richard J. Niznik (Rosemary) and Peter A. Niznik.
She is survived by: her daughter Christine; her son-in-law Christopher; her grandchildren, Scott Berghorn (Jessica) and Megan Elizabeth Maloney; and her sister Theresa Haupt (Robert) of Middletown, RI.. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, several cousins.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Tioga County Rural Ministry 146 Central Avenue, Owego, NY 13827 in loving memory of Mary Catherine Johnson.
