We are sad to announce that on September 30, 2022, at the age of 88, Virginia Mullen of Newark Valley, New York, born in Elmira, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Leslie Hover, and Frieda Hover, Sr. (Loveless); her brother Leslie D. Hover, Jr. (Jake); and her husband Thomas A. Mullen. She is survived by : her children, David Mullen (Ann) and Barbara Heinle (Robert); her grandchildren, Calvin Heinle (Kate Kelly), Timothy Heinle, Lisa Thies (Michael), Kimberly Webster (Brennan), Kimberly Heinle, Kendra McCarthy, Ryan McCarthy (Rose), Kevin McCarthy and Laura Mullen-Russell (Andrew); and her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Sloane, Reagan, Carter, Preston and Kira.
