She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew McCollum and Jane Davoli McCollum; her husband Francis "Skip" Ruffalo; her great grandchild Gianna Marie Raup; and her siblings, Katherine McKinney Conlin, Andrew Jr. and Daniel McCollum.

She is survived by: her children, Francis "Chick" (Deborah), Michael (Anita), Daniel Ruffalo (Mary Jo), Anne Bullock (Frank) and Lisa Herman (William). She is also survived by Eleven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Memorials, in her name, may be made to Laurel House Comfort Care, 224 Fair St., Newark, NY 14513.
