He was predeceased by: his parents, William Toner and Helena Toner; and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Williams; his children, Norman Jr. and Brenda; his grandchildren, Brittany, Marissa, Robert, Sam and Lucas; his goddaughter Sue; and his sisters, Barbara, Donna, Nancy, Janet and Sharon. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
