It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roxanna Rowe of Newark, New York, who passed away on August 29, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Roxanna Rowe to show support.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon May and Dorothy De May; and her siblings, James De May and Dorothy Raynor. She is survived by: her husband Ken Rowe; and her children, Sue Rowe, Steve Mitchell, Marla (Jack Barton), Mark (Cindy Rowe), Rebecca (Lee Powers), Patti Morris, Ken Jr. (Andi Rowe), Paul (Laura Rowe) and Matt Rowe. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
