He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Smith and Janet Smith (Hayne). He is survived by: his stepmother Wilma Smith; his wife Maria Smith; his children, James Smith (Amy), Jeff Smith (Thari), Lawrence Smith (Patricia), Marques Smith (Megan) and Michael Smith (Jasmine); and his sister Cassandra Smith. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Norman L Waterman Funeral Home (124 W Miller St, Newark, NY 14513).
