She was predeceased by: her father Irving Pratt (Dorothy Paris); her brother Edward Pratt; and her brother-in-law Alfred Nelson. She is survived by: her husband Robert Stowell; her children, Debra DeVries (Bruce Jones), Kenneth "Lyme" DeVries, Cheryl Russell (Mark) and Kurt DeVries (Erin); her stepchildren, Debra Hayes (Jeff), Frank Stowell (Madalyn), Roberta Mann (John), Patricia Dentico (Andy), Melody Jenkins (Frank) and Bobby Stowell (Amanda); her siblings, Richard Pratt (Eleanor), Roger Pratt (Sandra), Robert Boynton (Troudi) and Linda Nelson; her sister-in-law Jennifer Pratt; and her stepmother Virginia Pratt. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
