She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. Perry and Hellen K. LaBounty Perry; her husband Robert Black; and her siblings, Joe and Gerri.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Stubenrode (Fred), Julie Heers and Amy Jo Black; and her brother Rick Perry. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Paul L. Murphy & Sons Funeral Home (127 E Miller St, Newark, NY 14513). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
