With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas William Ledbetter of Newark, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 24, 2026 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daisy Elnora Huskins and Thomas Higgins Ledbetter; his grandparents, Norman, Vernie Mashburn, Thomas and Virginia Ledbetter; his sons, Brantley and Conrad Edmonds; his brother Jeffery Ledbetter; his parents-in-law, Michael Barnard and Margaret Bentley; and his brother-in-law Douglas Barnard.
He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Sarah Nicole Edmonds Newark (Robin Terwilliger), Alexandra Edmonds Geneva, Matthew Edmonds Newark, Spencer and Thomas Gregory Ledbetter Newark; his grandchildren, Richie Fernandez, Bentley Ledbetter, Olivia, Logan Covey, Emmalyn, Kegan Petersen, Khloe, Conrad Edmonds, Grayson Santelli and Sky Wiggins; his siblings, Rebecca Hill, Christina Carter (James) and Wayne Ledbetter (Anita) of Hendersonville, NC; his mother-in-law Tracy Barnard of Hobe Sound, FL; his siblings-in-law, Greg Barnard of Victor, NY and Carey DeVaney (Brian) of Stuart, FL; and his pet Rigsby. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
