She was predeceased by: her parents, Lino Ortiz and Luz Perez; and her brothers, Herman and Robert. She is survived by: her spouse Angel Vega; her daughter Jennifer Ortiz; and her siblings, Sandra, Virginia, Maria, Johnny and Evelyn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
