He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Gulak and Ilona Gulak (Simkovich); and his siblings, Peter Gulak and Dorothy Gulak Baker. He is survived by: his wife Linda Gehring Gulak; his sister Ilona McKeever; and his children, Andrew Gulak, Linda Denardo (Mark Denardo), Victoria Decker (David Decker) and Michael Gulak (Kara Gulak). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
