She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alexander Churak, and Anne Sawchuk Churak, Sr.; her husband John Donald Mackay; her brothers, Timothy Churak of Greenfield Park, NY and Alex Churak, Jr. (Natalie) of Greenfield Park, NY; and her siblings-in-law, Gill and Sandy Mackay of Newburgh. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
