Bush, Jr. of Pine Bush, NY, Dereck Bush of Pine Bush, NY and Ava Bush of Pine Bush; and his siblings, George A. Bush, Jr. (Bernadette) of Newburgh, Michael Bush (Tonianne) and Jean Whiting. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
