She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Mills and Blanche Mills; her husband Kenneth W. Betts; her siblings, Richard Mills, Robert Mills and Joyce Snyder; and her sons, Stephen R. Betts and John R. Betts.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marian Betts Luis and Shirley Nordlund of Tucson, AZ; her son-in-law Kenneth DeGroat of Fort Myers, FL; her grandchildren, Derek, Suzanne DeGroat of Gardiner, NY, Denise, Gary Crawn of Wallkill, NY and Nancy Nordlund; her great grandchildren, Bryce, Kyle, Hailey DeGroat, Brett and Leah Crawn; her sister Thelma Mitchell (James W. Mills) of Newburgh, NY; and her sister-in-law Ruth Mills of Newburgh, NY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grace United Methodist Church or Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties.
