He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lanspery and Janet Lanspery; and his siblings, Jeanne, John, James, Jeff, Ken and Gary.

He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his sons, David (Pat) and Darren; his brother Robert (Dorothy); and his siblings-in-law, Bill, Pat and Sylvia.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Mid-Hudson Animal Aid or Scats of Newburgh.
