He is survived by: his children, Eric Halter, Donna Chacon (Carlos), Tracy Halter (Heather) and Rachel Taylor (Chris); his grandchildren, Andrew Donald, Julia, Ian, Elijah, Sophie, Emma, Lucas, Sydney, Jacob, Gavin and Haley; and his great grandchild Madeline.
