He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Blaine and Mary Dicks Blaine; his wife Judith Anne Steffens; and his siblings, Jerome, Michael, John, Joseph, Dorothy, Margaret, Sheila, Mary, Joan, Patricia, Josie and Teresa.
He is survived by: his sons, Donald Jr. (Susan) of Cornwall and John (Gail) of Rehobeth Beach Delaware; his grandchildren, David (Jennifer) of Floral Park, NY, Victoria Blaine of Philadelphia and Madison Blaine of Virgina; his great grandchildren, Finn and Tatum of Floral Park; and his brother Walter.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Quigley-Sullivan Funeral Home Inc. (337 Hudson St, Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY 12520). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas of Canterbury Church (340 Hudson St, Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY 12520).
