He was predeceased by: his father Jose Lugo. He is survived by: his mother Felicita Rivera; his wife Miriam Vazquez; his son Daniel; his daughter-in-law Ciara Vazquez; and his siblings, Angel Vazquez, Joey Lugo, Alex Vazquez, Rose Elaine Vazquez, Phyllis Lugo, Carmen Lugo and Rosalynd Ramos. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
