Edythe DeLaehne Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edythe DeLaehne of Newburgh, New York, who passed away on June 18, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father John Millard Hoben; her husband Thomas; her siblings, Laura Mae Hoben of Newburgh, John Hoben of Newburgh and Robert "Bob" Hoben of Newburgh; and her close friends, Judy Sarvis, Marlene Connelly and RoseMary Cayhill.
She is survived by: her children, Ellen (Andrei Munzer) of Wallkill, NY, Jennifer Pizzuto (Dave) of South River, NJ, John Victor Nosek (Wendy) of Walden, NY and Richard Nosek (Tammy) of Newburgh, NY; her sister Mary Defazio; her grandchildren, Jessica DePetro-Lopez (Juan), George Vega, Mathew Gayton, Lyndsie Nosek, Ricky Nosek, Kristofer Dowe, Tiffani Nosek (Mike Baker), Erin Nosek and Sam Munzer; her nieces and nephews, Lilliana and Sabrina Pizzuto; her great grandchildren, Jack DePetro, Carter Pruitt, Lyla Vega, Antonio Lopez, Savannah Baker and Summer Baker; and her friend Adel Fredenburg.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to her long time supported charity, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, in her honor.
