He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis H. and Margaret Malloy, Sr. (Frew); his wife Rose; his sons, Frank "Frankie" Malloy of New Windsor and Skip Curtis (Amy) of Woodstock, GA; his siblings, Dr. William Malloy and Barbara Lombard; and his grandchildren, Justin, Tyler Madisyn and Caden. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations in Frank's memory may be made to Gardnertown United Methodist Church, 1191 Union Avenue, Newburgh, NY 12550, or the Town of Newburgh Animal Shelter, 645 Gidney Ave., Newburgh, NY 12550.
