He is survived by: his mother Patricia Dunlap; his sister MaryAnn Lewis of Shepherdsville, KY.; his nephews, Brandon Sanders (MD), Colin Sanders (HI), Darran and Clayton Lewis (KY); his great-nieces, Jillian and Luna Lewis (KY); and his great-nephew Mason Sanders (MD).
In lieu of flowers Ricky's wishes were to have donations made in his brother's name, James Dunlap, to the Hudson Highland United Methodist Church, 770 Rt. 9W Fort Montgomery, NY 10922.
