He is survived by: his brother-in-law Isidoro Lauria; his wife Rosalia Comparetto; his children, Angelo Comparetto (Antonietta), Maria Vacante (Frank) and Nancy Amato (Sam); his grandchildren, Stefano, Ignazio, Gabriella, Adriana, Nina and Lia; and his sisters, Adelina Lauria (Isidoro), Lidia Geraci and Angela Lauria (Isidoro). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
