She was predeceased by: her parents, Lu Lu Gibson and Ira D. Conklin, Sr.; her former husband Mario; her close friend Richard Taylor; her brothers, William Conklin and Ira D. Conklin, Jr.; and her nephew Edward Joseph "EJ" Conklin.
She is survived by: her stepson Bob Giaimo (Patty) of Goshen, NY; her grandchildren, Marcus, Zachary of Newburgh and Erica (Deacon) of Connecticut; her great grandchild Eliza of Connecticut; her sister-in-law Priscilla Conklin of New Windsor, NY; her sisters, Irene Detoro of Newburgh and Kathy Wahlund of Woodstock, NY; and her nephew Ira Conklin III (Mary Beth Maio) of New Windsor, NY. She is also survived by numerous cousins, great-nieces and great-nephews.
