We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2021, at the age of 54, John C. Hordines Jr. (Newburgh, New York), born in Bronx, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, John Sr. Hordines and Mary-Jane Hordines; his wife Beth Hordines; his sons, John Chambers Hordines III and Matthew Aaron Hordines; his siblings, Paul and Helene; and his close friends, Richard Handibode, Michael Handibode, Vincent Torricelli, Roxey, Black Lab, Zoe and Chocolate Lab.

In addition to serving his patients during the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Hordines volunteered to care for ICU patients and was nominated for an Essential Worker Award.

I been having issues and been to several doctor's, but I know Dr. Hordiness would never leave me with the discomfort I been dealing with. May he rest in peace,sadly missed.”
