He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale Pasqua and Antonia Pasqua (Sciacca); his brothers, Pat Pasqua and Angelo Pasqua; his daughter-in-law Karin Pasqua; and his children, John and Jacqueline.

He is survived by: his wife Mildred Pasqua; his children, Patrick Pasqua (Theresa), Eleanor Doring (Anthony), Nina Denza (Victor), Loretta Moschitta (Ed) and Edward Pasqua; his grandchildren, Victor Denza Jr., Francine Vitale (Charlie), Christina Denza (Anthony), Nicholas Denza, Michael Moschitta, Brian Moschitta, Lenore Gillespie (Robert), Julia Staiano (Andrew), Justine Hurst (Walter), Dean Pasqua, Dana Pasqua and Matthew Pasqua; and his great grandchildren, Jason Rufrano (Katt), Walter Hurst Jr., Olivia Staiano, Amelia Staiano, Camryn Moschitta, Kali Moschitta, Sophia Moschitta, Madison Vitale, Kelsie Vitale and Natalie Vitale.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in John's name and memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
