John T. Carton Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John T. Carton of Newburgh, New York, born in Bronx, New York, who passed away on May 25, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Carton and Eileen Carton (Murphy); his brothers, Patrick and Dennis; and his father-in-law Robert Rizzuto.
He is survived by: his wife Fran Carton (Rizzuto); his children, Ryan Carton (Corinne) and Sarah Carton; his siblings, LiliAnn Putnam (Dana), Christine Gardner (George), Irene Mitchell (Blake) and Robert Carton (Teresa); and his mother-in-law Peg Rizzuto. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Puppies Behind Bars, nonprofit service dog organization, or to a charity of your choice.
