He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Denisar and Joanne Denisar. He is survived by: his wife Faye Denisar (Rosenblum); his children, Susan Claudio (Emilio) and Brian Denisar (Emily); his grandchildren, Emma, Avery, Braden, Madisyn and Cameron; and his siblings, Teresa Beyer, Carolyn Pazara, Mike Denisar Sr. and Chris Denisar Sr..
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to an Inaugural and Annual Golf Scholarship Fund for a student athlete.
