It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret P. Carr of Newburgh, New York, born in Dublin, Leinster, who passed away on January 18, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick and Ellen Plunkett (Thornbury); her husband Raymond J. Carr; her siblings, Marie Hegarty, Olive O'Rourke, Eamonn Plunkett and James Plunkett; and her son-in-law Edward N. Toste, Jr..
She is survived by: her son Robert Raymond (Carrie); her family Irish; her daughters, Audrey Toste-Clarke (Thomas), Deirdre McCormack (Kevin) and Gillian Farrell (Thomas); her grandchildren, Michael (Rebecca), Robert (Catherine), Brian (Laurel), Timothy (Annie), Colleen (Guy), Connor (Elise), Patrick (Deirdre), Molly, Matthew (Becky), Keith, Caroline, Rory and Cate; her great grandchildren, Luke, Christopher, Clare, Madeline, Maggie and Guy, Jr.; and her siblings, Brendan Plunkett of Nyack, NY, Patrick Plunkett of Dublin, Ireland, Jerry Plunkett of Lake St and Bernadette Dwyer of Warwick, NY.. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
