She was predeceased by: her husband William F. Slack Sr.. She is survived by: her son Willian F. Slack Jr.; her daughter-in-law Sharon; her granddaughters, Stacia Dively (David), Erica and Melissa Slack; her great grandchildren, James and Madeline; and her nieces and nephews, Janna and Lynn.
