He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Belfiore and Ruth Belfiore (Conklin). He is survived by: his daughter Ashleigh Hernandez (Brian); his siblings, Wayne C. Belfiore (Lillian), Kim B. Kavanagh (Thomas F., III) and Karen B. Garzon (Richard) of Dunstable, MA; his granddaughter Mckenzie Hernandez; and his friends, TJ Murphy and Linda Natural. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
