She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonidas Punto and Julia Povis. She is survived by: her daughter Ingrid Vergaray of Newburgh; her grandchildren, Liam and Natalie; and her siblings, Carlos Punto, Oscar Punto, Sonia Punto of Peru and Carmen Punto of Peru. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the White, Venuto & Morrill Funeral and Cremation Service (188 N Plank Rd, Newburgh, NY 12550). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Church (55 Grand St, Newburgh, NY 12550).
